PRODUCTION TIME

As most pieces are handmade just for you, please allow 2-3 weeks production time, but most orders will be processed sooner.

Ready made pieces aim to ship between 3-5 working days. As a one-person operation my shipping times depend on workload, so please be aware that it may take longer than the above, but i will endeavour to post sooner. If you would like your jewellery by a specific date, please email [email protected] prior to purchasing and I'll do my best to accommodate.

UK ORDERS

Royal Mail 2nd class Signed For: £3.50   (delivery 2-3 working days)

If you are in during delivery a note will be left to re-schedule delivery or pickup.

Please note this service does NOT include a tracking number. 'Signed For' just provides proof of postage and delivery

If you would like to include a tracking service to your order please add 'UPGRADE SHIPPING' to your cart before completing your order. This can be found in the menu section at the top of the page. Total cost for this service is £6.50

Orders £100 and above will automatically be upgraded.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

Royal Mail International track and signed: £9.95 (delivery, 3-5 working days within Europe and 5-7 working days rest of the world)

If you are not in during delivery a note will be left to re-schedule delivery or pick up.

I cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to the package once it has been shipped.

International buyers, please be aware your parcel may be delayed by customs once it reaches your country. Boem is not responsible for any tax/customs charges you may incur.
